Embark on a walk to the lower and upper lakes while learning about St. Kevin’s Myths, the mining history as well as the geography of the valley.

GLENDALOUGH LONG WALKING TOUR FOR SCHOOL GROUPS
Duration: 3h-4h with breaks, 7km (comfortable shoes and rain gear needed)

A route that will begin at the Monastic Site passing through the Upper and Lower lakes as well as the Miners Village where students will learn about the mining culture and the history of the valley before embarking on a trek which will offer magnificent views of the Glendalough Valley.
